When will my order be delivered?

Can I Return my product?
We do not offer standard returns.
Due to hygiene and quality standards, items are not eligible for return once delivered.
In limited cases, a return may be approved only after review of a submitted request form.
Submitting a form does not guarantee approval.

If your item arrives damaged, please submit a Damage Claim Form as soon as possible.
